Hey, it's the title of the book! Homo Politicus - The Strange and Scary Tribes That Run Our Government, by Dana Milbank.
I've not started it yet (I'm a quick reader, alas) but here is why I decided to read the book:
"Milbank's lacerating wit mows down the pompous, the stupid, and the corrupt among Democrats, Republicans, reporters, and bureaucrats bt naming names. Every appalling anecdote in this book is, alas, true."
Happy to pass it on when done if anyone else reads "books". |

I'll take you up on that. I'm reading two books right now. "Three Cups of Tea" by Scott Mortenson and David Oliver Relin, and "Nature Noir" by Jordan Fisher Smith. _________________ "Barack Obama has shown he cannot get the votes Democrats need to win -- blue-collar, working-class people" ~Rush Limbaugh~ |

| You got it. One note: I do not recommend bringing it with you to jury duty. I was sitting there reading and kind of chuckling and then I noticed a few people looking at me...well, you'll understand when you see the cover of the book! LOL! |
